Gaylene started off in advertising working for Admakers International 1995 and found herself in print production in no time. She worked on campaigns for Club Mykonos, Seeff, Porsche, Rabie, Iridium, Helderberg Village and Paradigm Group, to name but a few.
Five years later she joined Paul Newman at Amperzand as print production manager. With the formation of Old Friends Young Talent, Gaylene brought her considerable experience to the new agency.
She then decided to take a sabbatical for 15 months to study Events Management through UCT's online partner, GetSmarter. Before long, she was called back to OFyt to assume her role in print production and the rest, as they say, is history.
